PAM End of Life Schedule

Summary

When a PAM version becomes End of Life (EOL), there will be no more updates or releases for that version. We will continue to support questions and queries on existing EOL installations. However, for any support tickets requiring technical investigations, we will request an upgrade to v9.0 or greater. If the issue persists after the upgrade, a technical investigation will then be initiated.

We are available to help with any upgrades from these EOL versions.

Osirium PAM 8.2 - End of Life

Osirium PAM version 8.2 will reach End of Life on March 31, 2024. It is recommended that all Osirium PAM customers upgrade to version 9.0 or greater before March 31, 2024, regardless of any previously communicated End of Life announcements.

SailPoint’s support of Osirium PAM versions 8.2 will end as of March 31, 2024. Any support issues raised after March 31, 2024, will be provided with a request to upgrade to Osirium PAM version 9.0 or greater.
