Important Update: ALL Osirium Products are now End-of-Life

As you know, Osirium was acquired by SailPoint in December 2023. As we continue to integrate and focus our efforts on the future of identity security, we have made the difficult decision to officially end-of-life the Osirium product line.

Here is a clear breakdown of what this means for you.

Key End-of-Life Details

Official End-of-Life Date: 31st March 2026.

End of Updates: There will be no further patch releases for the PAM server appliance, MAP server installer, PPA, or EPM.

End of Product Support: The ability to raise new incident tickets has been discontinued. The support portal will remain available for a limited time as a read-only reference, allowing you to access the knowledge base and your previous tickets.

Action Required: Export Your Data Before Your License Expires

Your existing license will allow you to continue using the Osirium products until its expiration date.

However, once your license expires, all users (including administrators) will no longer be able to log into the PAM server. It is critical that you export all necessary data from the PAM server before this date to avoid data loss.
